3. Custom Orders
Custom production begins after artwork, specifications, pricing, payment terms, and sample or proof approval are confirmed. Final product details may vary slightly because of material, plating, enamel, printing, and manual finishing processes.
4. Quotations and Payment
Quotations are based on quantity, size, process, packaging, and delivery requirements. Prices may change if specifications, exchange rates, raw material costs, or shipping conditions change before order confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that logos, artwork, trademarks, and brand materials provided to us are authorized for production. JHT Craft will not knowingly manufacture infringing goods.
6. Samples and Production Approval
Samples, digital proofs, or production artwork should be reviewed carefully. Once approval is given, bulk production will follow the approved standard unless a written change is accepted by both parties.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by artwork approval, production complexity, customs clearance, logistics delays, holidays, or force majeure events. We will help coordinate shipping according to the agreed trade terms.
8. Quality and Claims
Every order is inspected before shipment. If you find a quality issue, please contact us promptly with photos, quantities, and order details so we can review and propose a reasonable solution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JHT Craft is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or issues resulting from incorrect client-provided artwork, specifications, addresses, or approvals.
10. Updates
We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
