What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ usually starts from 50 pieces for most custom products. The final MOQ depends on product type, mold requirements, finish, and packaging.
How long does production take?
Most samples take 5-7 business days after artwork confirmation. Bulk production usually takes 10-20 business days, with timing confirmed after the sample and quantity are finalized.
Do you provide free design services?
Yes. Send us your logo, sketch, reference image, or idea, and our design team will prepare a clear proof for review before production.
What plating options are available?
We support gold, silver, nickel, black nickel, antique brass, antique copper, rose gold, matte finishes, and custom combinations such as dual plating.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. JHT Craft supports global delivery by express, air, sea, and DDP/FOB shipping solutions.
Quality & Standards
What materials can you manufacture with?
We commonly work with zinc alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, soft PVC, fabric, and mixed-material assemblies depending on the product type.
Can you match Pantone colors and artwork details?
Yes. We can match Pantone references and review artwork details such as line depth, color separation, plating area, and relief before sampling.
How do you control product quality?
Each order goes through checks for mold accuracy, plating coverage, color fill, surface finish, assembly strength, packaging condition, and consistency with the approved sample.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. We recommend sample confirmation before mass production, especially for new molds, detailed logos, premium finishes, or complex packaging.
Can products meet brand or compliance requirements?
We can support brand quality requirements and material compliance requests. Please share your target market and standards during quotation so we can review them early.
Shipping & Delivery
Which shipping methods do you support?
We support express courier, air freight, sea freight, and consolidated shipping. The best option depends on order volume, destination, deadline, and budget.
Can you handle urgent orders?
Yes. For urgent projects, we can prioritize artwork review, sampling, and production planning. Existing mold products are often the fastest option.
How do you protect products during shipping?
Products are packed according to finish and shape, with options such as OPP bags, backing cards, velvet pouches, gift boxes, cartons, and protective inner packaging.
Can you ship to events, distributors, or multiple addresses?
Yes. We can discuss split shipments, event-site delivery, distributor delivery, or Amazon-style preparation if the requirements are confirmed before packing.
What trade terms do you support?
We commonly support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP arrangements. Our team can recommend a shipping plan based on your destination and delivery needs.
